Golf is still a developing sport in Ethiopia. With only two courses in the country, one of them private, there is plenty of room for the sport to expand and popularize.

There is a private six hole course located in the British Embassy. In order to play on the course you have to apply months in advance for a membership (which could be a hefty amount of cash.) The course is open from October through June. You must bring and use your own clubs balls and tees.

The public course is located west of Addis Ababa, the Addis Ababa Golf Club. Here you can rent clubs, so you don’t have to lug yours along. The course is nine holes, but often people play it twice to get in 18. The club has a great reputation of being the perfect place for a wedding, business meeting or other event.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!

This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.

What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
